Conditions of participation for visitors
1. registration
We will confirm your registration by e-mail.
2. terms of payment
Invoices are payable immediately after receipt without deduction in Euro, if nothing else is noted on the invoice, at the latest on the day of the visit. From then on, interest will be charged at 8 percentage points above the base rate.
3. performance of services and reservation of right of withdrawal
We reserve the right to make changes to the content and timing of the event programme and the cast of the speakers.
Ebner Verlag is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the number of exhibitors and sponsors required for an economic implementation of the event is not reached, if the main organiser does not carry out the event or if there are other reasons beyond the control of Ebner Verlag which make the implementation of the event impossible. In this case, the visitor will be informed immediately and the payment already made will be refunded immediately. Further claims by the visitor are excluded unless Ebner Verlag is guilty of intent or gross negligence.
4. cancellation/rebooking
You may cancel your registration free of charge within 14 days of booking, in which case any fees already paid will be refunded within 30 days. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail) to Eventbrite, kundenservice@eventbrite.de Alternatively, you may reply to your order confirmation email. The naming of a replacement participant is possible at any time free of charge.
